[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide faculty records management solution to collect information from faculty members and other systems, track and report the data, and allow access for staff and faculty use. The system will be used to collect, search, and aggregate data on faculty productivity in the areas of teaching, scholarship, and service/community engagement. The system should be intuitive and easy to navigate, providing an organized, user-friendly interface.
• faculty reappointments, tenure and promotion process
• annual faculty merit processes
• sabbatical and Professional Development leave process
• faculty credentialing requirement set forth by HLC accreditation
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 14, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
