[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide jail management system that is maintainable in a common language and database structure, avoiding proprietary languages, system should allow for easy movement including backwards between related screens, customized menus will be specified by the county, system includes integrated and user-friendly report writer and query tools using business objects, on-line graphics capabilities are provided for presentations of trends, percentage breakdowns, comparisons of data groupings, system must interface with all current hardware data capture systems. what is the current hardware that requires interfacing, capability to have data entry fields automatically default to a user-defined specific value without user interaction, system must allow remote access with necessary security authorization, system must be updated as needed and in a timely manner to comply with changes in state and federally-mandated reporting requirements, field values should not be hard coded and should be specified in a data source, , must be able to sort and select data from the database based on user-defined criterial for queries and reports, must be able link to files and images for inmate records without limit in the cloud; not internal to the system, , images, files and narrative attachments must have the capability to be indexed with various user-defined key words, either with in Laserfiche or linked to an external data storage service, must be able to schedule jobs and reports for automatic execution based on user agency predetermined parameters.
- Must provide a comprehensive, multi-jurisdictional jail management system including booking commitment charges warrants, mugshots and wristbands, inmate property and laundry
classification, housing management, medical, inmate location tracking, inmate event scheduling
inmate transportation, discipline and incident tracking, inmate accounting, commissary, kitchen
programs and counselling, release processing, inquiry and reporting, interfaces to external systems, visitation tracking, agency and inmate billing and accounts receivables, court information interface.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
