[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide parking deck feasability analysis services including
- Gather and review all available relevant site information
- Discuss site constraints and preliminary program information including overall site development related to the entrance and exit locations, pedestrian connectivity, capacity, massing and vertical core locations
- Study and prepare concept plans for the proposed parking deck considering site constraints and
program information identified above and determine the most achievable capacity
- Review plans with the Village
- Finalize floor plans of the proposed parking deck
- Provide opinion on probable construction costs for the proposed deck including engineering costs and soil boring for structural load, etc.to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
