Vendor needs to provide brand marketing services for 15 Minimum of 15 social media posts per week with topics including DDA events, Local businesses, Local business development, downtown activity, posts to reflect mission
- To enhance the economic potential and preserve the historical character of the heart and hub through promotional activities and an organizational structure that focuses on community involvement with local businesses, residents and other stakeholders
- Strategy is create a marketing strategy in which all the activity aligns with the mission statement
- Content Creation to enhance culture and appeal of downtown lake orion, providing multiple videos monthly
- Brand Identity to help further brand identity with Best Practices and to develop voice, tone, brand pillars, personality, attributes etc.
- Conduct SWOT analysis, provide actions to address each section
- Data and analytics to track metrics and create dashboard to show how marketing activities are performing
- Marketing Plan for marketing plan document that will raise awareness of downtown as a destination and engage the community

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
