[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources benefit consulting services associated with the administration of schools’ medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, short and long-term disability programs, wellbeing program, ancillary voluntary benefit plans as well as section 125 FSAs, health savings accounts, COBRA, HIPAA and PPACA to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.
- The contractor services will include, but are not limited to, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations and legislation, providing detailed analysis of current coverage to identify solutions that will increase cost effectiveness and savings, and assisting with employee communications during open enrollment and throughout the year.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
