[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Learning Management System for employees.
- Web-accessible by multiple users at a time.
- Mobile access to the platform including sign in and viewing on a mobile device.
- Accessibility for visually impaired or deaf, hard of hearing.
- Ability for an individual to print records and certificates.
- Ability for an individual user to have training and support on the platform.
- Ability to record offline field testing or hands on learning.
- Ability to create custom Reports as needed.
- Ability to track external training- (i.e., assignments, completions and certifications)
- Ability to track and audit administrator changes.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 18, 2018.    
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 17, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
