[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee evaluation services for evaluate the performance of five executive level employees who report to the board of commissioners to the government authority located in Mason, MI.
- Develop a strategy for carrying out employee performance evaluations
- Conduct employee performance evaluations
- Report the results of employee evaluations in a manner consistent with County policy and State statutes
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 29, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
