[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide workers compensation third party administrator services all claims administration and reporting services that would enable to fulfil obligations, to continue until the final discharge of all claims incurred or occurred during the life of the service agreement and without additional cost if final discharge or resolution occurs after the expiration of the service agreement, review and evaluate accident reports for liability and make recommendations on compensability and calculate the compensation rate, including medical and vocational rehabilitation services, adjustment and payment verification of billings and the filing of all necessary reports required under the law, loss control personnel to reduce loss exposure in the areas of employee injuries and workers’ compensation, making claim decisions within the regular course of business, the final authority to determine the disposition of claims remains, the claim - to - date total of all medical, wage loss benefits and other payments approved, and reserves required for each open claim closed.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
