[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based birth registration system for live birth, fetal death, birth defects, paternity, newborn immunizations and newborn hearing screen reporting,
- Services to replace the existing thick client web-based live birth reporting system, to coordinate the replacement of existing installations with a new thin client web-based system and to provide services needed to integrate the new system,
- Provide an effective strategy and methodology for converting and uploading hospital and state office data from the current system,
- Develop an implementation plan that outlines timelines, milestones and deliverables including required State personnel activities, including requirements development, testing and signoff steps,
- Develop software for acceptance testing and for beta testing in pilot facilities prior to statewide rollout,
- Develop all software and procedures for use in converting and uploading data at the hospital and State levels for seamless replacement from current systems to the new system,
- Provide testing, piloting and rollout software and procedures for the conversion and uploading of legacy data that permit retention and utilization of historic data on the same timeline as for overall birth reporting systems software and procedures.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
