[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning software to provide a complete ERP solution, including software, hardware, other technology, and various services including followings application software.
- General Ledger
- Fund Accounting
- Financial Reporting
- Detailed Budgeting (multi-ledgers)
- Budget – Original and Amendments
- Project and Grant Accounting
- Purchasing
- Pcard Integration with disbursement and transaction disbursement to blanket purchase orders and purchase order creation for transactions.
- Accounts Payable – Must integrate with a purchasing module. Vendor setup to payment to supplier (check/direct deposit) – 1099 Tracking and Reporting, checks ACH Direct Payment with notifications emailed to vendors
- Accounts Receivable
- Financial Forecasting
- Capital Asset Management – Acquisition to retirement/disposal
- Payroll – Time entry, fund allocation, benefit allocation, payroll, compensation, various unions, time management/accrual and leave tracking (vacation, sick time, etc.) all payroll required reporting (Unemployment taxes, etc.), all payroll tax updates, checks, ACH Direct Payment with notifications emailed to employees
- Pooled Cash Account/Check Reconciliation/Single Bank Account for all Funds
- Separate Bank Accounts for certain Funds - Human Resources, including position control, leave management, recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, employee self-service, manager self-service, and any additional system modules related to HR Management, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Pooled Investment Management and Interest Allocation
- Work Orders/Project/Grant Accounting – Internal tracking of projects
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
