[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide assessing services to work on a part-time contractual basis to the government authority located in Dexter, MI.
- Respond to inquiries from the public, title companies, real estate agents, and other parties regarding assessing issues, maintain all of assessment rolls, track captured values in the tax capture districts, analyze property sales of all property classes within, update and appraise all new construction, process all poverty exemption applications, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
