[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call manager upgrade materials and services of propose implementation and training schedule, create customer requirements document, create and deliver implementation plan, implement unified call center and supporting tools to update legacy call manager environment, create and execute test document, create user acceptance document, create an administrative training manual and training sessions, create and publish L1 to L3 escalation guidelines and SLAs and create call center training document and conduct training sessions with BWL customer-facing resources to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 10, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
