[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide brand development services for create and increase awareness of attendance, define a brand platform including positioning, personality and differentiation, develop a message that includes value proposition, market strategy and identity, develop brand identity and development of a multi-media marketing strategy and implementation plan.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference call will be held on July 13, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
