[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management solution shall have the ability to integrate and communicate with the existing ERP solution including.
     • Tracking of individual and group training
     • Assignment of individualized training based on service area or job classification
     • Ability to upload City-specific, self-created content
     • Access to pre-made online training content
     • Required self-verification after viewing and completing training content for tracking purposes
     • Addition of custom fields as needed
     • 24/7 accessibility from desktop and laptop computers, tablets and mobile phones
     • Multiple levels of administrators with varied access
     • Reporting functions, both general and custom, Ability to export data
     • Retention of data after expiration of contract
     • Access levels to allow for all individual users to register for training on their own
     • Workflow capabilities
     • Reminder alerts sent out through email
     • Ability to upload photos and documents
     • Option to generate certificates and answer survey/rate course after completion of training
     • Simplified sign-on access using ADFS
     • Data conversion or uploads
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 09, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
