[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital image to microfilm conversion services using minimum scanning resolution at 300 dpi in PDF format.
- storage of microfilm records must be stored in a vault that is fireproof and in accordance with the local building code, storage vault must be equipped with automatic 24-hour fire detection and suppression, storage vault must be equipped with automatic 24-hour fire detection and suppression and storage vault must be equipped with automatic 24-hour fire detection and suppression.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than May 4, 2018.
(3) An approximate work volume is up to 380,000 documents per year and 85,000 images monthly.
(4) Contract period will be three years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
