[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parent education home based and group services setting to reduce the rate of child abuse, neglect and our-of-home placement, failure to establish parent education home based or group will jeopardize the ability to effectively meet, families at risk of child abuse.to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 8, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
