[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide private strategy plan services for smart city including act as a unifying strategic document which will be used city wide in order to ensure the city effectively and efficiently, primary goals for the strategic plan and applicants, each specific issue and how their expertise and knowledge will work to support this endeavour, improve operational efficiencies, decrease digital divide, improve citizen health, safety and quality of life, augment, or develop where needed, guidelines for data governance and security.
(2) All question must be submitted no letter then March 20, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
