Vendor needs to provide healthcare and benefits consulting services to assist the human resources department with strategic planning, plan management, vendor renewals, contracts and compliance of our health and wellness benefit programs to active and retired employees and their dependents
- Strategic Planning- Assist the City with short and long-term benefit strategy and design
- Advise and consult on methods for improving cost containment and claims administration. Also, provide written information on cost analysis of possible impact on plans
- Advise and consult on methods for addressing the burgeoning retiree healthcare liability, and provide support and direct participation in various implementation strategies
- Assist the City in the development, implementation and ongoing management of an effective and measurable wellness program that will reduce costs over the long term
- Vendor Management, Administration & Communication, Compliance to the government authority located in Southfield, MI.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
