(1) Vendor needs to provide excellence video marketing and communication services for given up to 3 rough-cut views or listens and edits and final OK for every video, own all b-roll footage captured and receive it on a drive, receive intro or outro graphics and subtitles where relevant and generate story ideas and interview questions as needed.
