(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate network applications solution. – Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution:• Automatic Device Enrollment (ADE)• Mobile Threat Defense (MTD)• Remote device locking• Monitoring and alerts upon detection of suspicious activity• User activity logging and monitoring• Application distribution• Application Management – Enables the Contractor to manage approved applications, including software distribution, patch management, and license compliance.• The solution should interface with Identity Management tools and utilities, providing the ability to deploy applications to appropriate user groups, monitor application usage, and report on license compliance.• Device provisioning, remote update capabilities, monitoring and troubleshooting.• Create, manage, and delete user profiles (including groups, tags, and other account attributes)• Reset user passwords• Monitor user activity• Allow administrators to allow, restrict, or deny access to applications, websites, and functionalities of external systems via API, web services, and other authentication or monitoring methods.• Provide API or web services documentation for all offered solutionsMust store logs for all changes made to accounts, groups, or other objects.• Solution may be compatible with various devices, including but not limited to tablets running Android or iOS.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 25, 2025.
