(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services for city hall including offices, entrances, lobbies, staircases, elevator, hallways , restrooms, break room, kitchen by providing chemicals, mop, mop bucket and brooms , paper products and trash liners etc. for government authority located in Bay City, MI.
(2) Mandatory walk through will be held on November 29, 2016.
(3) Contract will be for the period of one year.
