[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and marketing services to develop strategic communication plans, and execute strategies and tactics in support of its marketing initiatives.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2016.
(3) Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on November 14, 2016.
(4) Contract will be for the period of two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
