[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 call center services for telephonic crisis and referral support for behavioral health emergencies for citizens.
(2) Approximate historical call volume was 1,100 to 1,400 calls per month.
(3) A pre-proposal conference was held on October 12, 2015.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
