[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and cleaning services for empty all waste receptacles, vacuum carpeted floors, remove trash, all furniture, fixtures, equipment and accessories to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and walkthrough will be held on August 10, 2016.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 15, 2016.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
