[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party benefits administration services for various disease including online access account information, enrollment participants, premium collections, legal compliance guidance and updates, medical verification, leave entitlement checking, leave coordination and absence management.
(2) Contract period will be for two years.
