[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising agency services to creative development and execution, media planning and buying, and account services to create a comprehensive creative campaign.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 15, 2016.
