(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology managed services for network environment (firewall, switch, router and wireless), stand-alone servers, email management, data backup or redundancy, VoIP environment, workstations, network printers and scanners, important software and applications, access control and surveillance to the government authority located in Ferndale, MI.
(2) A site walk through will be held on October 6, 2015.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
