[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services to conduct the recruitment and selection of the next chief executive officer to replace its departing chief executive officer to the government authority located in Troy, MI.
- The successful executive search firm shall specialize in recruitment for senior executive positions, preferably within the healthcare and social services industries
- The successful bidder shall establish the criteria used to identify qualified applicants
- The successful bidder shall source prospective candidates from a variety of platforms including
its database, or by recruiting to match the skills and qualifications required by the chief executive officer job posting
- To achieve this, the successful Bidder shall have the ability to analyze local, regional, and national labour markets, tap networks of professional affiliations, and leverage social media and other non-traditional methods of candidate sourcing
- The chief executive officer shall work with the board to optimize achievement of the mission, vision, and values; manage an executive and administrative operating team, engage with an exceptional team of staff-level employees, establish and grow relationships with stakeholders including federal state, and local elected officials, industry associations and behavioural health executives from across State
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 30, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
