[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide the management and software for end- to-end administration of the family medical leave act (FMLA) process and other city-sponsored leaves of absence.
- Software system will need the following functionality sends automated notifications to employees with their leave balance, facilitates centralized intake and administration of all leave-related absences with secured hosting, calculates leave eligibility and entitlement, provides real-time calculation of time used and time remaining in tracking continuous and intermittent leaves, offers automated workflow, tasks and reminders, provides automated reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) to include but not limited to in depth FML utilization analysis per department and type (continuous/intermittent) and appropriate data trends analysis, facilitates monitoring and tracking of attendance at required healthcare visits and follow-up appointments, able to provide statistical trend data for leave-related absences by department, employee, work location, or bargaining unit, able to search, filter, and sort data by varying criteria including department, location, and
date range, able to report on lost work time and trends, offers customized training and materials, provides on-site initial training for hr staff, provides customized letters, brochures (at minimum 500), and other leave-related communications, offers consultation, assistance, and support to city HR Staff Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST or later), Provides employer and employee portal to facilitate self-service for employees, provides automated alerts notifying expirations, notifications to employees, supervisors, and human resources professionals.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
