[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consultant services including benefit plan design, cost trends and benchmarking, Collective bargaining, Financial analysis and self-insured rate development, Medicare Part D Retiree Subsidy, Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, Benefits analysis and cost projections for budget planning and labor negotiations to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
- Explain your ability to monitor regulatory and legislative developments in such areas as PPACA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, IRS CODE Section 125, COBRA and other benefit compliance issues, including statutes, rules and regulations on the federal and state level, that may impact the benefits we provide, etc
- PPACA - Describe how your organization will assist SMART with developing strategies for complying with the tracking and reporting requirements required by ACA.
- Employee benefits broker and consulting firm will provide services to assist in the management and administration of the SMART’s employee and retiree benefit programs including the following:
• Medical
• Prescription Drug
• Dental
• Vision
• Section 125 Flexible Spending Account
• Life Insurance
• Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
• Short-Term & Long-Term Disability
(2) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
