Vendor needs to provide recruiter services for executive positions will search for director and executive level candidates, executive’s management team consists of deputy county executives, directors and deputy directors in the areas of management and budget, information technology, economic development, public services, health and human services, human resources and ancillary services,
- provide detailed but concise information to each of the following:
- Cover letter Introducing your firm,
- Number of years in business,
- Number of permanent employees employed by your agency,
- Number of clients you currently serve,
- Types of positions you have successfully placed and their titles,
- Ability to recruit for the positions identified,
- Description of your recruiting experience with Public Sector Clients,
- Minimum time required to locate applicants in any of the specified job areas,
- Refund policy for unsuccessful hires including the time period for the refund, etc. to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
