[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health reimbursement account administration and medicare exchange services to eligible retirees and former employees who lost employer-paid group health coverage to provide monetary assistance that may be used towards the cost of purchasing individual health care plans. Currently there are approximately 3,500 retirees and former employees eligible to participate in the program.
- All retirees that retired under an executive and non-executive exempt employee benefit plan excluding retiree of the Wayne County Commission, and retirees of the Wayne County Probate Court with personal contracts that provide for retiree health care;
- All former employees who receive retiree health benefits under the provisions of Wayne County
Commission Resolution No. 94-903 (commonly known as the “Amann Resolution”) excluding former
employees of the Wayne County Commission, and former employees of the Wayne County Probate Court with personal contracts that provide for retiree health care (County Amann Eligible Persons);
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 21, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
