[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide asset management plan services to provide comprehensive GIS functionality through a web browser based on a technology and strategy that shall accommodate device independent access, i.e., workstation and laptop, tablet, smart phone, etc. to the government authority located in Wyandotte, MI.
- The web application shall facilitate secure access, with variable permissions, to the available utility infrastructure data, including wastewater and stormwater, to streamline information delivery and aid management processes
- Facilitate an upgrade to the underlying ArcGIS Server software to the most recent version and deploy the software to completion
- Develop functional enhancement to the application described above to facilitate access to CCTV videos
- Work with city staff to document the requirements of this custom tool and complete the development process
- Provide a block of infrastructure management and system support to work with the city to strategize on and work toward implementing additional features to support infrastructure management, including solutions related to integrating BS&A work order management, additional custom features in the web application, and system administration in support of the GIS that contains the infrastructure data

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
