[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide market study and corridor plan service to direction for business retention and attraction practices into the future, an existing market area description and demographics, the potential for new commercial and or industrial businesses/services and the general marketability of the corridor for the next 5-10 years to the government authority located in Michigan.
- The goals of this study should focus on the diversification of the business climate, the potential for mixed-use development with the goal of providing for sustainable development within the corridor. The market potential study should be a stand-alone document that is not anticipated to be part of the Master Plan amendment process.
- Corridor Plan: - Providing a relevant and practical market study that indicates the types of sustainable uses and redevelopments that Clinton Township can attract in the future to build upon recent successes in economic development and redevelopment throughout Clinton Township, The plan should identify strategies to enhance corridor vitality and redevelopment of key areas within the M-97/Groesbeck Corridor that focus on traffic management/calming, street lighting and landscape amenities.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
