[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide treasury management and banking services to the government authority located in Big Rapids, MI.
- Daily upload of ach files from our partner touch net to process web, arc, and pop files
- Vendor settlement account to settle transactions with various businesses that receive
funds and pay royalties.
- ACH payments to vendors set up in our vendor system
- Checks to vendors not set up electronically
- Automatic debits to bank account for multiple vendor partners
- Provide no less than four ATM on our big rapids campus-with the bank being responsible to
maintain cash supply and provide maintenance as needed
- Free ATM withdrawals for our payroll-card holders through reciprocal agreements with our
ATM provider and payroll card provider.
- Wire services available online and repetitive wires for originating a wire via phone
- Money market accounts for short term investing
- On-line banking platforms with multilayer security and encryption features to minimize risk.
- Dual controls and approvals for wires.
- Debit card licensing opportunities
- Representation at mutually agreed upon university events
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 17, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
