[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide timekeeping and scheduling system that leverages current technology and includes features and functionality that will improve the Township timekeeping operations, scheduling capabilities and management reporting.
- heavily involved with the software functionality and desires a system that allows for flexibility, customization, and the ability to make adjustments without significant restrictions
- Ability to calculate regular pay, overtime pay
- Ability access timecard remotely, using mobile app or website
- Ability to easily edit historical data for time entries entered incorrectly for any historical time period, with reflection of correction on timesheet
- Ability for employees to clock in and/or move time to different job positions
- Ability to set rounding rules to early and late punches
- Ability to identify and flag information entered incorrectly
- Ability to manage shift coverage, automatically transfer shift information, with real time changes, to a timesheet
- Ability to allow for different approval structure for different employee groups
- Ability for an employee to request time off utilizing a specific bank, with related ability for supervisor approval
- Ability to convert historical data from previous software.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 17, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
