[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive constituent survey services will be used to assist in the planning of communications to constituents including alumni, friends, and community partners to the government authority located Rochester, MI.
- Conduct survey of university alumni, friends and community partners to assess university performance on engagement and communication initiatives, quantify these constituent attitudes and opinions, where possible, compare data to peer institutions, set baselines and benchmarks to measure and track progress, and compare results to surveys conducted in 2009 and 2013, consult with university on selecting survey recipients, assist in design and distribution of survey, gather and analyze returned questionnaires, process responses to generate statistical reports of responses, analyze responses for understanding and recommendation, prepare presentation covering results and conclusions drawn from data, present results to university in full written reports, including visual graphs when appropriate, as well as provide PowerPoint presentation of largest learnings, provide all demographic reports and verbatim responses to open-ended questions, cost estimation of project, provide recommendations for communication improvements based on research findings, delivery of all raw data to university upon completion of project, on-campus presentation of survey results, analysis and recommendations.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 30, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
