[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual conferencing and lecture capture software for conferencing capabilities for distance learning class sessions, one-to-many meetings, and one-to-one meetings.
- user support groups or forums for community engagement that are available, and support for the proposed solution
- user interface, particularly for Windows, Mac OSX, Apple iOS, Chrome OS, and Android. Responsive Web Design techniques and device / operating system agnostic solutions are preferred
- whiteboard functionality for both host and attendees
- process for connecting to a meeting without a prior account
- ability to record a meeting or a class and to share the recording, including format, bitrate
- sharing of videos with sound from host to attendees
- abilities for hosts and participants
- ability to conduct breakout sessions
- ability to use text-based chat during a class or meeting
- schedule repeating and multiple sessions
- capabilities for handling sessions of varying sizes
- media library/repository features
- lecture capture capabilities, including end user functionality such as note taking and viewing at faster/slower speeds
- management console features, including reporting options and features
- describe any expected or planned use of Oakland University logos and identities
- must use cloud-based data hosting / software-as-a service platforms.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 25, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
