[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide research and analysis services for utilizing human-centered design and change management; allowing the redundancies in in-houses processes to be eliminated and increasing team development within the department the government authority located in Port Huron, MI.
- help redesign the department and help the department find areas of opportunity to improve upon going forward
- This research will focus on building trust and developing a deep understanding of the experiences, needs, and trouble areas of those who engage with the assignment process
- The above process will allow the contractor to review the set of policies, technology, and business process requirements applicable to the processing assignments.
- identify opportunity areas to streamline the assignment process, provide a faster resolution for officers and increase confidence in the work for leadership based on the field input obtained
- review the directives and use the feedback received based on the findings, opportunity areas and functionality and begin implementing and developing changes
- develop a select set of clear and actionable Design Directives that will help shape the development of the new assignment process to ensure it is user-centered.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2109.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
