Government authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for cloud-based platform technology for comprehensive facilities management program.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based platform technology with the ability to read the
contents of building plans and documents, such as building names, addresses, floors, renovation
dates, title blocks, call-outs and O and M content.
- Once the platform reads the content, it makes that information searchable and instantly accessible on any mobile or desktop device.
- The cloud-based solution must include but not limited to the following:
• As-Builts
• Tennant Improvements (TI's) - linked into original As-Builts
• Specifications
• Operating & Maintenance Manuals
• Equipment List
• Warranties (Including start date and expiration date)
• Editable Maintenance and Inspection forms
• Shutoff Valve Maps
• Project Photos
• Emergency & Life Safety Plans (Emergency Exits, Evacuation Plans, etc.)
• Emergency Contacts
• Fire Protection System Drawings
• Closed-Circuit Video Feeds via URL link
Compliancy Documents (related to Joint Commission / DNV Surveys)
- The Solution must also provide the following:
• Mobile App for both iOS and Android platforms (Phone & Tablet)
• Web App for connection through PC Browser
• Access to existing As-Built documentation, Shut Off valve location and Emergency Information must be available anytime, anywhere and on any device even without an internet connection (after content is synced)
• Ability to share files by sending URL link
• Mark-up / Annotation tools / Basic measuring tools
• Provide advanced filtered search and collection-wide keyword search capabilities
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 19, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
