[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public sector wage and total compensation analysis consulting services for evaluation of all jobs within, to ensure that positions and classifications are properly placed and compensated within the internal organizational structure and those classifications incorporate similar job skill sets, qualifications, and duties to the government authority located in Monroe, MI.
- Review of each position’s relative worth within the organization (internal equity) and for the establishment of pay ranges, using existing job descriptions,
- Comparison and analysis of salaries, wages, and benefits of like or similar jobs (external competitiveness) in comparable government entities and private employers in the area previously described for which the county competes for a labour supply,
- Development of an implementation strategy and timeline to phase-in the recommendations across the County workforce including non-union and unionized employees,
- The system must easily accommodate organizational change and allow for application of the compensation system into future organizational restructuring,
- Orientation and training for the human resources office to ensure that the skills, knowledge and methodology used in this evaluation are transferred so that the final plan can be maintained, updated and used for future human resource management of the compensation system,
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 20,2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
