[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Outdoor Emergency Phone and Security Camera Stanchions to
A. Freestanding pedestal with hands-free communications panel illuminated by a high intensity faceplate light, a combination blue beacon/strobe light and an area light to easily identify it from a distance. Tamper resistant fasteners and access door are mandatory.
B. Hands free, faceplate SIP phone linked to CISCO Call Manager System version: 11.0.1.22900-14 or newer.
C. Pelco (or compatible with license) faceplate camera with motion detection to capture face of caller.
D. For all installations, the College will provide concrete mounting pad with studs per vendor specifications, 110V power and data (single mode fiber or multiple Cat6e) per one of the following installation types:
a. Type 1: The College will provide terminated single mode fiber (ITU-T G.652.D compliant) and 110V circuit to the base. Bidders shall include in their proposals a ruggedized fiber to ethernet transceiver and five port (minimum) PoE switch (IEEE 802.3af, Class 3) mounted within the pedestal housing that will integrate with the College’s Dell based ethernet network. Network connectivity equipment must be rated for operating temperature range of -45°F to 122°F.
b. Type 2: The College will provide two Systemax certified Cat6e PoE data cables with connectivity back to in-building network switch (installer to terminate in stanchion) and 110V circuit to the base.
E. Mast mounted (to housing) Pelco 360-degree 12 MP PoE multi-iris security camera. Minimum mounting height from ground level is 140.
h. Rated for operating temperature of -45°F to 122°F. to the government authority located in Warren, MI.
(2) All Questions had been submitted no later than September 3, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
