[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide right of way management software solution for technology (solution)
and expertise to configure, train, and provide periodic maintenance support and updates,
- Proposer should already have a solution proven in this industry and have the experience to reengineer and implement the proposed system,
- Vendor shall provide, at a minimum, the following services:
- Software Licensing or Subscription,
- Project Management and Implementation Services,
- System Configuration,
- Data Security Plan,
- Weekly Project Status Calls,
- Monthly Executive Status Updates,
- Risk Analysis and Mitigation,
- Issue Escalation Process,
- Test Plans, including Integration, Load, and User Acceptance Testing,
- Support and Maintenance Plan,
- End User and Technician Training,
- Cloud Solutions:
- Its proposed service model (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS),
- Its proposed Cloud deployment model (e.g., Private Cloud, Public Cloud, Community Cloud or Hybrid Cloud),
- Whether it relies upon any third parties in the provisioning of its Cloud deployment model,
- The Proposer offers any other cloud deployment,
- How another of proposer’s cloud deployment models might impact the data security and any compliance obligations.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
