[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services for operating and capital funds to the government authority located in Comstock Park, MI.
- Certificates of deposit, savings accounts, deposit accounts or depository receipts of a financial institution
- Safety of principal is the foremost objective of the investment program
- The investments will be diversified by security type and institution in order that potential losses on individual securities do not exceed the income generated from the remainder of the portfolio
- Management of the portfolio
- Assist with cash flow/maturity analysis
- Evaluate market risk and develop strategies that minimize the impact on the portfolio
- Review investment policy and suggest edits and updates as necessary
- Provide assurance of portfolio compliance with applicable policies and laws
- Establish an appropriate performance benchmark.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
