[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sports tour travel management services to the government authority located in Rochester, MI.
- Swim and dive team travel every 4 years and are planning to travel
- Approximately 60 students and 6 staff members will be traveling
- Students are paying for their own air fare
- Provide pricing on accommodations, transfers from airport to hotel, rental of training facility and aquatic center with daily transfer to and from hotel to training facility
- Travel management company should assist in securing 24/7 trip escort acting as customer care, local tour guide available daily during the time frame listed above.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
