[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide computer network and information technology support services to the government authority located in Petoskey, MI.
- Able to plan, manage, and direct county technology initiatives in support of administrative operations at the county
- Provide, among other things, hardware, network, and software support, helpdesk, backup and recovery, remote access and on-site support, email maintenance and support, data security, website maintenance and support, and disaster recovery
- Review present facilities at the county and prioritize based on considerations of the county that include:
• Network and systems administration
• Network technician assistance
• Technology consulting
• Automation
• Administrative/clerical.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than August 26, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
