Government Authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for electronic vital records information management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic vital records information management system for registration, filing, storage, indexing, archiving, retrieval, accessing, issuance and release of vital records, tracking of vital records customers requests and responding and replying to such request appropriately and by their respective due dates, monitoring security papers inventory control via control number system and provision of customer services including but not limited to the issuance of certified copies and abstracts, amendment of records and the creation of replacement vital records documents.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 8, 2015.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
