[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide municipal website design, implementation, client support, and hosting services for website will share planning, approval, and cost for construction, as well as the finished website, hosting, and content management system services for an updated and redesigned website,
- The website redesign needs to incorporate a single landing page built to serve both the City and Chamber website directories,
- The landing page will feature the City’s logo/branding to click on for the City’s website and the Chambers logo/branding to click on for the Chambers website,
- Provide the first draft of the home page for a review of format, templates, and general Design, present finalized website on time and on budget,
- Provide website hosting services including but not limited to software updates, website health checks, backups, search engine indexing, and security,
- Google Analytics installation included monitoring individually the Chamber and City website portions,
- Current Website Features Plus:
- Landing Page, Mobile-Friendly Design, Backups, Site Search, Easy content management,
- Hosting with software updates, Training and guidance after the site is created,
- Calendar of Events, Fillable forms on site, Site Map, Sign Up for Notices,
- ADA Compliance, Permission-based login (Manager level controls), Slideshows,
- Published Notices are syndicated to Social Media, Online Payments,
- Video Hosting and Unique and Custom Homepage Design.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
