[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide computer network and information technology support services to the government authority located in Petoskey, MI.
- to review present facilities at the County and prioritize based on considerations of the County that include, but are not limited to, the following:
a) Network and Systems Administration
i. Network infrastructure management
ii. Security hardware and software management
iii. Server management
iv. Systems software management
v. Disaster Recovery/Backup software management
vi. Infrastructure hardware configuration backups (switches, firewalls, routers)
vii. Fiber networks and fiber system administration
- Technology Consulting
i. Project management
ii. Policy management
iii. Network auditing
iv. Pre-purchase consulting
v. Engineering of network solutions
vi. Security assessment and audits
vii. Disaster and continuous operation planning
viii. Website Design
- Automation (Proprietary Technologies)
i. 24/7 Network health checks, monitoring, and alarms
ii. Centralized log consolidation and archiving, if available
iii. Network health and performance monitoring and logging
iv. Real-Time remote management
v. Customized monitoring and alarming, if available
vi. Client accessible monitoring dashboards
- Network Technician Assistance
i. Server security settings and patches
ii. Server room management
iii. Virus Protection support
iv. Email filtering support
v. Remote screen share support
vi. Onsite support
vii. Backup for existing IT staff when not available
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than no later than August 26, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
