Government Authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for document management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document management system ideal product will be able to address needs in all areas for document retrieval, storage, and workflow processing,
- The system must be able MS SQL database,
- The system must run on any Microsoft currently supported Windows operating systems,
- The system must totally and completely secure the document files from any user access outside of the application program,
- The system must be capable of storing data and images to any media by simply directing output to a pathed destination through the Administrator set up,
- The system must consist of a server module, one or more clients, and optionally any of the various modules designed to enhance the indexing and storing of documents,
- The system must allow for simple (without customized programming) client user interface configuration,
- The creation of an organizational storage, business processes, or index database configuration for a document application must be completely wizard driven,
- The standard system must have the ability to be implemented as a single user with complete scalability to any number of users without the loss of any investment, functionality or input from the single user system,
- The system must allow any user who is storing documents to enter data via on-demand OCR capture directly from any of scanned file formats tiff, and PDF,
- The system must provide the ability to capture documents to be stored into a folder for subsequent batch processing,
- The system must allow the stamp to be password controlled,
- The system must allow the user to invert the black/white pixel view of the image,
- The system must allow the user to display thumbnail views of all pages of multiple page documents on demand from the search result list,
- The PDF created are automatically placed in the captured images folder.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 5, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
